Registration for the XVIII Congress of the Iberian Society of Cytometry (SIC 2023) will be open soon. Please read the registration information carefully before beginning the online registration.

*Closing dinner is available at cost of 30€

(**) Students, Junior technicians and Intern residents must upload a certificate stating their status in the online form. Valid student or ID card confirming your status and copy of your current enrolment in postgraduate studies, master’s studies, doctoral thesis or peer credentialing.

Registration Entitlements

• Admission to all sessions.

• Access to posters exhibition.
• Access to Exhibiton Companies.
• Delegate materials.
• Payment Deadlines.

Registrations received by 8th March 2023 must be paid in full in order to receive the early registration rate. Registrations received by 9th March must be paid in full to receive the standard registration rate.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Deadline: 8th March 2023

Cancellations (partial or full) must be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations received prior to 8th March 2023 will receive a full refund minus a 50 € administration fee. Cancellations received after 8th March 2023 will not be refunded. Substitute delegates will be accepted.

The Congress and its agents reserve the right to alter without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the meeting, for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The Organising Committee and the Congress Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Congress Organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Congress does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
